![]() ![]() ![]() I credit MaelstromByDesign for his incredible work on that crown falls borders map that I used. I also didn't place the main warehouse for the same reason. I didn't finished them to let you choose where to put the oil pier. There are currently 99 decoration gardens from botanica DLC that are placed. ![]() Some public buildings like universities are kind of useless, except for aesthetics purpose. The palace can have up to 105 wings here, ensuring it can cover the whole island almost. White space is free for you to customize that layout. All green tiles are trees or decorations that can be replaced by rails to add more oil powerplants if needed. Has 365 botanical modules and 50 museum modules to put all sets and give a maximum of attractiveness. You will run out of influence if you use it on newspaperĪlso use townhall items to increase population.Full layout of Crown Falls that I called Leiden Schaftlicht. If you got passes then again capture as many islands as possible in all regions quickly.īeryl always tries to capture islands in every region except Arctic so you have to be faster.ĭon't waste your influence on newspaper use it to capture islands. Use trade union to reduce workforce and increase production. You can use these islands for production and don't even need to provide anything to them as you are not building homes on those island Once you spend 200 influence on capturing island you will get 200 population free on every island Soap and fur gives good return on trading.Ĭapture as many islands as possible. I did same so that I can skip making weapons. Sign peace treaty with everyone so that you ignore war part. Watch YouTube videos to understand how things work and which things you can skipĬanned food not needed coz it's too costly to produce so I skipped it at the start.Īnother important tip is farmers, artesian and engineer do not give much money so don't expect much from them. You will always have those shares and it's a free income Once you have 5 shares she will not buy back from you. Don't buy her full island just buy 5 shares and if she re buys from you then buy again from her. And it was giving me good income to stay in positive. My expense was always higher than my income but I was always in positive income coz I bought 5 shares of main island of Beryl. I managed to reach 1000k million (maxed out) money with base game only. I also started with base game only and got season passes recently. New guy here, playing Anno for first time in life and I never had negative income. In the new world you can also sell weapons to the NPC there but honestly by the time I had the pirate gold worked thing worked out I've stopped worry so much about money. If I wanted to I could really crank out the gold bars but instead I just hoard it like a dragon :p. New world: I don't sell any of the gold I make myself yet but the new world has lots of gold mines. ![]() Once I set this all up I'm just over $30M and can't spend it fast enough. So I pretty much set a steamer with speed/cargo buffs up to just cycle that route back and forth and you don't have to really do much. Those gold bars sell in Cape Trelawney's NPC (I forget his name) at like a 60% higher rate. Eventually you'll see Gold bars for sale at the pirates (and a ton of fun toys for ships). For me, this meant no other alliances so you don't get drug into someone else's war against pirates, do any/all pirate quests you can and eventually you'll max your rep with the pirates and see their trading options. Basically you get trade/ally rights with the Pirate. This doesn't work without the TU NPC that swaps the input though, keep that in mind. This will probably put you way ahead of your expenses. I basically have two islands nearest to that NPC with 'Fur Districts' pumping out furs strictly to sell to that NPC. To maximize this early, keep your eyes open for the trade union person (from the prison) that swaps the cotton requirement to wool which enables old world production of Furs. Fur Trade: At some point the exotic goods NPC will eventually list Fur coats as a selling option at like 900+ per coat. I like the TU buffs that change the input from Tallow to Timber because tallow is slower and you can easily get high yield export contracts to sweep in large amounts of lumber (like excess steel beams for lumber as an example) Early game: Trading soap to the prison with amped up trade unions (TU). If it's campaign mode (That's what I've been playing) I found that you rake in the money a few ways leveraging NPC trade and trade union combinations. ![]()
